ENOFAP takes care to keep the published information clear and up to date. This general information may change. Errors or access difficulties can be reported to the association’s contact address.
Correspondence and personal data
When you write to the association, ENOFAP processes your email address, the content of your message and the contact details you provide to consider your request, respond and follow up on the correspondence. This processing is based on the association’s legitimate interest in answering requests addressed to it. Providing this information is optional; however, the details needed to understand your request and send a reply must be provided.
Access is limited to the people authorised to handle your request and the technical service providers needed to deliver and store messages. Retention is limited to handling the request and the resulting correspondence. Once these exchanges are closed, only information needed to meet a legal obligation or establish or defend a legal right may be archived for the period applicable to that purpose.
Subject to the conditions set by applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
